How do I report a parking violation or obstruction?
Open the app, tap to start a report, take a photo of the vehicle/obstruction, confirm the
license plate and details, and submit. Your location is captured automatically.
Why is a photo required?
A clear photo serves as evidence for the report and is verified to ensure it relates to the
vehicle or obstruction. Photos are taken with your camera in-app and compressed before storage.
What happens after I submit a report?
Eligible reports are forwarded to the Local Enforcement System Agency (LESA). You'll receive
push notifications about the status of your reports.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings โ Delete Account in the app. Full instructions are on the
Delete Your Account page.
